1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Clearance, final sale, or non-returnable items (if specified).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging to help us process your request.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, where applicable.
5. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
